I would give a 0if I could
He represented my cousin. He is unprofessional and incompetent! If he is your attorney you should get comfortable in jail, whether you are guilty or innocent.

He needs to retire NOW
Extremely unprofessional and rude. Perhaps burned out from years of "practicing" law. Based on prior reviews he may have done some good attorney work once upon a time. That time has come to an end. Don't waste your time or money like we did.

poor review
I hired mr. santos as my criminal attorney last month. since then he has not acted professionally.several phone calls went unanswered. he failed to show up for our appointment and did not answer his phone or attempt to reach me to cancel.certainly not what one should expect from a professional.

Lack of Integrity and Professional Competence
Mr. Santos has refused to provide me with a breakdown of his fees and billable hours to this date.and refuses to do so, therefore I have had to file a Cpmplaint of Professional Misconduct against him in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Divison, Second Judical Depaartment.
