I wish I looked him up before. Only when I switched attorneys I learned that almost every case he’s been in, sanctions have been asked for. Reason is… he’s a BAD lawyer. Led me down a bad path — included facts and parties that I was unsure of, which led to a horrible result. Looking back at it, I’m n...ot even sure his tactics were legal??? To boot, took court meetings from Dunkin Donuts. Zero professionalism.

My mother worked with this attorney regarding a matter involving the school she was part of. While he was presented to us as "our lawyer," it became apparent that he was actually representing the school's interests, i.e., his boss. During our discussions, he advised against taking any action regardin...g the school's error. Over an extended period of time, there were repeated delays in addressing our concerns and responding to communications. Unfortunately, due to these delays, the "statute of limitations" expired on our claim. I believe there was a clear conflict of interest that should have been disclosed upfront, as he was primarily serving the school's interests while we were led to believe he was representing us. The experience left us without proper legal representation or recourse to address our concern.
