We filed the petition for our son Jan 2018,it was approved july 2018. The lawyer we hired unfortunately had stroked and retired from the service., so he turned over my son’s case to his co-lawyer. for more than a year, there’s no progress on my son’s petition after it was approved, we keep on calling.../ follow up/ asking updates but the lawyer always said Nothing and No updates yet..I feel not satisfied with what our lawyer was doing , So We/ I decided to search and look for a Filipino immigrant lawyer to handle my son’s case..
