I had a J1 visa that subject to 2 year rule. I applied another year extension during my 6th year but the USCIS declined the application because we had waiver already. Atty Nick handled our case. He encouraged us to apply for tourist visa so we can be still in status. Our J1 visa expired on June 29th ...and so great that he was able to submit our application on time. Atty Nick and staff really worked hard for it even spent sleepless night and worked double times. After the approval of our extension visa then processed our working visa. We experienced a lot of challenges along the way, but they managed to handle it with their wit and hard work. They searched and studied some legalities and made it through to counterpart the RFE’s asked from us. It was indeed a slowly but surely process. Everything is done in a legal and proper way that no need for us to worry to apply another kind of visa soon. They are not only after for money but for their client’s satisfaction and success.
