First of all, I would like to thank God for his guidance throughout this process that he made things possible for me with progress. This is a dream come true. I would also like to extend my gratitude to my loving husband for his patience, moral and financial support, and for helping my applications b...e filled. And finally LDR no more for us. We filed the petition for our son Jan 2018,it was approved july 2018. The lawyer we hired unfortunately had stroked and retired from the service., so he turned over my son’s case to his co-lawyer. for more than a year, there’s no progress on my son’s petition after it was approved, we keep on calling.../ follow up/ asking updates but the lawyer always said Nothing and No updates yet..I feel not satisfied with what our lawyer was doing , So We/ I decided to search and look for a Filipino immigrant lawyer to handle my son’s case..
