We hired Nick caraquel to take care of our K1 visa from the Philippines. It was excellent service. He explained exactly what we needed to get together and how to go about doing it. Then when he sent it to the government it was all in order and we had no problems. I believe it was less than 6 months f...rom when we filed to the time she arrived in America. Then we hired him for the Green Card process also. And that went the same way no problems super fast. We could not have done it without him and we thank him very much. Excellent excellent service.

My wife and I went through Nick for our k1 visa and after doing so, could not imagine going through the process any other way. The visa process was rather intimidating, but Nick being the guy he is, made it a breeze. Initiating the process was simple, he made sure my wife and I fully understood wha...t we were going to be getting into what the fees were all up front, answered any questions we had and this is before we even made the commitment. I work on a ship and communication can be tricky at best. Nick was amazingly accommodating and we got the ball rolling when I was abroad! From the moment we started talking about our case, it was like dealing with an uncle or someone in the family. Not only that, but Nick's ability to speak my wife's native language made everything extremely comfortable. We all knew what was going on, there was no confusion and if ever we had a question or an issue Nick made himself available to answer or clarify in both our languages. Every paper and packet we received was laid out crystal clear and with easy to follow instructions. As simple as receiving a prepared packet, signing and returning. Done. We always had a dialogue with Nick. Anytime we would be receiving forms to sign or sending requirements to Nicks office or anytime between, we would get a phone call letting us know to expect mail or give an update and then we would just chat! Words and my lack of ability to express them cannot convey how genuinely friendly Nick is. Our experience from start to finish was always professional but I am happy to say we had fun too. We always knew Nick was "our" guy. We had an issue with getting our interview date at USCIS due to a local back log and they kept sending us conflicting dates. No sweat, Nick took care of it and got us set up. Once we had our interview date, we were sent our last packet from Nick containing all the necessary paperwork USCIS would require, but even better we had a interview-prep packet all laid out for us. Not only that, but we even had a Skype practice session and a chance to answer any last minute questions. Amazing. Working with Nick was a great pleasure. He handles everything, keeps you posted, genuinely wants you to achieve your immigration goals and does everything in his power to make it happen. My wife just received her combo card a couple days ago and it's all thanks to our new found friend. Atty. Nick Caraquel is an outstanding, excellent and trustworthy immigration lawyer. March 31, 2015 was my husband and my interview for the Adjustment of Status and Petition of an Alien Relative. The very first thing the interviewer asked, "Did your lawyer tell you about what you need to do after... you get your green card? As such, your very first card will only be valid for 2 years and that you need to renew for the 10-year validity afterwards?" Of course he did. Wait, take me back to the final coaching session I had with my lawyer. If I remember correctly, my lawyer said that once my interviewer tells me the validity of the green card and the steps taken, it only means one thing, that my permanent residency has been approved. Now, why would my interviewer open my interview with that statement? And yes ladies and gentlemen, my case must have been far long approved even before the interview started.
