CHRISTOPHER M. FALCONETTI is a partner at Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP. The firm’s practice is in the area of Workers’ Compensation Law. With over 40 years of combined experience the firm of Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP. have been fighting for the rights of injured workers’ since 1997.

Mr. Falconetti has been admitted to the Bar in the State of New York since 2002 and began his legal career as a law clerk in a workers’ compensation firm while attending law school at Hoftsra University School Law. Upon graduation and admittance to the New York State Bar Mr. Falconetti has represented thousands of injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board and Appellate Division, Third Department.

Now a partner in Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP. he continues to vigorously fighting for the rights of his clients in order to obtain the benefits they are entitled to under the Workers’ Compensation Law. In the past Mr. Falconetti has been privileged to conduct classes for DC 37, TWU Local 100, the Central Labor Council, NYCOSH, IATSE IUEC Local 1, and many others providing pre-accident education that is absolutely essential to protect both workers and union funds.
