We hired him to evict the tenant. He takes money and not doing any work. He never return call phones. We always have to follow up with our case. And the case lost because of his unprofessional practice and mistakes he made. This case is a simple eviction and the tenant never showed up in court a...nd it has to be an easy win case, but he lost it for us. Wasting our time and money. Never ever hire him for any landlord/tenant case.

Perry Tischler is a terrible and dishonest lawyer! He was the lawyer for the party that we sued, and he lied in affirmations, supported his clients lies in an affidavit that they filed and did not advise the court of his client perjuring himself, among other unacceptable behavior. He is such a bad at...torney that a complaint was filed with the Grievance Committee. If you want an attorney to lie on your behalf, and cover-up the fact that his office never returns phone calls, never answers letters and basically does everything in their power to lie, deceive and twist the law for their own clients gain, then Tischler is the one for you. If you want a honest, dependable and fair attorney, then stay clear from this clown.
