Alison was super professional, detailed oriented and thorough when she worked with us on our condo purchase. She was very patient and would answer our calls even 9 or 10pm at night before we signed contract and closing. Upon closing, we noticed there was some last min issue with the apartment and re...quested the seller to set aside a meaningful amount into an escrow account, which can be released only after the seller fixed the issue. Alison has gone way above and beyond and was there with us till the very end when the seller fixed every thing to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a home!

My family bought 2 houses in year 2000 and 2003. Alison Fung was our attorney for these 2 houses. Unfortunately both houses received violation summons from building department last year and this year. We spent $10,000+ to remove the kitchen /electrician/plumber/ court fee/ penalties for the first ...house. The 2nd house has more serious issues and more summons. The house title shows 2-family, but building department said the c.o is 1-family, finished basement and 2nd floor kitchen have no permits. I've called her office and left message over a month, she never get back to me. Her office staff told me they might not have my file due to the houses were bought too long ago. I still don't know what to do now. It is very devastated when dealing with these buzzard issues. I am very upset, helpless, and want to share my experience with you. Avoid her!
