We represented three caretakers of the Decedent in a matter in which the Decedent's prior Will left everything to a major hospital system. Unfortunately, my clients were out-gunned by this major hospit ... al system when it came to assets to put forth on representation for recovery, and the hospital system brought a significantly large firm in to do their bidding and drown our clients with paperwork and billable hours. We worked with our clients, presented compelling arguments to the Judge when needed, and secured a major windfall settlement agreement in which our clients were ecstatic about. Both parties went away happy, and our clients were not out spent nor out gunned by a major corporate law firm!
