Mark has a national real estate practice involving the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, management and financing of real estate in cities across the United States. He regularly advises pension ... funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), developers, lending institutions and institutional investors on a variety of commercial real estate matters and business transactions. His practice includes the acquisition and sale of office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centers, multifamily projects, mixed-use developments and medical facilities; overseeing national and regional real estate portfolio transactions; acquisitions and sales of notes and distressed assets; development of real estate; commercial leasing and property management; real estate finance and formation of joint ventures. Mark was formerly a partner in an international law firm and Vice President and General Counsel of the Houston Rockets.
