I represented a bank that acquired a condominium unit following a mortgage foreclosure case. The condo association claimed that it had a lien on the unit for unpaid assessments and late fees incurred ... by the previous owner of the unit. I filed a declaratory judgment seeking a ruling that the association's liens were extinguished during the foreclosure action.
