Juvenile. Petty. Amateurs.

Juvenile. Petty. Amateurs. I can confirm what the other reviewers have experienced, as it was my own lived experience. Their correspondence felt as though it was drafted by a high school intern with no legal understanding. Suffice to say the 10k retainer went nowhere and there was no settlement and n...o filing.

Worst most inhumane attorney I have ever met

I am very familiar with the law and am horrified by the way that her firm treated us. She was hired for a delicate criminal action and showed NO sensitivity. She never listened and only cared about pushing us to associates and billing us for tens of thousands of dollars. The money is a huge issue as ...it was so dishonest about it. She would charge 10K to write an almost illiterate letter from an associate, which a junior school student could do. Worse even was her poor attitude, lack of compassion, inaccessibility, and overall inability to help. She was actually hostile when we complained. After spending tens of thousands of dollars with her, I switched attorneys. My new attorney was compassionate and responsive and helped me and was wonderful. Don't be fooled by some self-important PR that she gives you, and hire her like we did.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
