Olga Suslova

I hired Olga for my immigration case. She only thinks about money. She does not care about your case. At our first talk, about my immigration case, before I tell her my story she first asked how much money it would cost and by not doing anything she asked me to pay the full amount of the attorney fee.... This attorney fee was gonna include my court hearing and one other application to the court as she said. So I paid her full money in 2 weeks and she did the application which was way less work than hearings. But I had decided to not work with her. Because during this motion to change time these things happened: - I was barely able to reach her out. - She was impolite during phone conversations like trying to get rid of me - unsympathetic So I asked for my money back because of this behavior AND she did the %10 of the work she supposed to do. But she did not give my money back even though she said that the attorney fee was gonna cover hearings and the application. I would advise all people to not hire her.

My wife and I hired Ms. Suslova to contact an immigration attorney at USCIS to find out about the status of our ongoing immigration case. The case was 6 month overdue and direct USCIS inquiries resulted in canned replies. Ms. Suslova task was to send an inquiry email to her “special contact” at... USCIS who would be required to reply with the status update. Ms. Suslova assured us that we would get a response within days. It is a complete mystery whether that “special” lawyer ever received the email or simply never bother to reply. I’ve never heard a word about the case status from Ms. Suslova’s office. Since our initial meeting Ms. Suslova is avoiding speaking with me directly and only communicate thru her assistant Nika. After about 3 weeks of empty promises from Ms. Suslova my wife and I have contacted out local Congresswoman Ms. Yvette D. Clarke. Ms. Yvette’s office was able to get us a case update within days! Afterword the status of our case was regularly updated on the public UCSIS website for all to see but Ms. Suslova never even bothered to check the website. She would keep telling us that a reply was coming any day now. After 2 months of frustrating experience I gave up dealing with Ms. Suslova’s office which has proven to be completely useless. Instead of admitting her inability to render the service I paid for she has engaged in a deriving conduct that is below of a law practitioner in this country.
