I agree with my colleagues. Theoretically you can seek adjustment of status if you overcome the immigrant intention issue.

Talk to an immigration attorney. You cannot adjust unless you were admitted to the USA on a qualified visa.

I did my M.S and got an OPT. But I'm outside US for almost 10 years now. If I do my MBA will I get a fresh OPT of 12 months.

I am not sure but I think you should be able to get an OPT for each degree.
