You should be able to be petiioned under AC 21 doe extension beyond 6 years.

Yes she can petition for you but you might still need the waiver, depending on the reasons for the deportation.

If you leave the jurisdiction and do not appear for the court without permission, you will cause that person to lose money.

If there is no preclusion imposed by the court on yoru travel, you can travel.

You are the client and you pay the bills. If you want to change an attorney, you are allowed to do that.
