I have sold my house four times in CA, MA, TX and NY. I can say with total confidence and peace of mind that my experience with Gabriella Volshteyn has been the worst of them all. I had two major incidents: 1) She failed to specify a critical piece of information in the sales contract, which left me ...at the mercy of the buyer for an entire month; 2) She ignored my emails and phone calls ON THE DAY OF CLOSING! Yes, hard to believe but a fact. Once she got her money I became history. I can prove it easily with phone call records and email threads. If you happen to make the same mistake I made hiring her, beware. Unprofessional and cruel are the words that best characterize her.

Have worked with Gabriella on several matters and she is always quick to reply and put you at ease and let you know the status. She is no nonsense and does great contracts that protect her clients.
