Ben Lyhovsky

Mr Lihovsky performed closing for us. After closing we needed to obtain additional documentation, which to this day were never provided. In general we found Ben Lihovsky to be very unreachable and unresponsive. We called him numerous times and left messages with no response. His office hours are unkn...own and we personally were not able to reach him in the office. In addition numerous e-mails were sent and none of them were ever answered. We tried to get in touch with him through numerous people for more than 5 months. As a result we never received any kind of feedback from Mr Lihovsky nor his assistant (if available). Such business practice is very irresponsible and unprofessional. We cannot comment on his ability to perform legal work as there is no way for us to check quality or correctness of above mentioned. However Mr Lihovsky communication ability is unacceptable.
