You can't reopen the case and certificates of relief are generally issued to those eligible after having been convicted of a felony. Petit larceny...

It won't violate the order per se but it isn't a smart move as it can be viewed as trying to contact your ex through a third party.

You would need to plead guilty or be found guilty before you can appeal anything but it isn't smart to plead guilty just to be able to appeal...
