The County removed the employee from her position and refused to place her in any other position in retaliation for the employee's union activities. The County has been ordered to pay the employee all her lost wages and to reinstate her. Goldman & Ehrlich has successfully represented municipal, county, state and federal government employees.

The court awarded damages based on the jury verdict in the amount of $179,000 and ordered the City to pay all of Plaintiff’s legal fees. The jury verdict was in March 2011 and the court entered judgement on this verdict in July 2011.
