Regine D. Pointdujour

Regine D. Pointdujour, Esq. is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who has spent years working on family court matters. Regine has always been committed to representing her clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives. Throughout her years of practice, Regine has prided herself on providing individualized care and attention to each family’s needs to provide effective and practical solutions for her clients.

Prior to establishing the Law Office of Regine D. Pointdujour, PLLC, Regine worked as an attorney for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). At ACS, Regine prosecuted child abuse and neglect cases, represented foster care agencies in child welfare proceedings, litigated juvenile delinquency and Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS) cases. Working at ACS has provided Regine with invaluable insight into New York City’s child welfare system and she is excited to use this knowledge while representing parents, guardians, or children in family court matters.

Throughout the years, Regine has handled a number of different family court matters, including cases that resulted in the final adoption, custody, or guardianships of a young person, orders of protection, wills and trusts, to name a few.
