Biography
F. Richard Hurley earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1989. He was admitted to the New York State Bar on December 5, 1990. In addition, he was admitted to the United States Eastern District Court and the Southern District Court on December 27, 1990. On February 27, 1992 he was also admitted to the Bar in Washington D.C. F. Richard Hurley has been in private practice handling complicated matters in criminal and civil law since April, 1994.
Presently, Mr. Hurley is the founder and president of two community organizations, the Crown Heights Community Council [CHCC] and the Crown Heights Merchant Association [MACH]. In addition, he is part of Project Care and Rev. Dillon’s Community for Economic Justice (not my dollar campaign).
Between these organizations and his law practice, Hurley is a husband, father and grandfather and takes pride in his family life.
