Victoria Ledeneva

Ms. Ledeneva focuses her practice on business immigration. She advises employers on the best way to employ candidates and retain foreign employees who need U.S. immigration sponsorship, guiding her clients through an assessment of temporary and permanent options. Ms. Ledeneva handles various types of business immigration matters representing a wide range of clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, technology, and manufacturing. Specifically, she represents senior-level Managers/Presidents/CEOs of global corporations and financial institutions, Sportsmen, Entrepreneurs, Software Engineers, Scientists, Journalists, Researchers, etc. In addition, she prepares family-based immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications.

Victoria also represents her clients before the USCIS, U.S. Immigration Courts and Board of Immigration Appeals during removal and deportation proceedings, including Asylum and Withholding of Removal, Cancellation of Removal, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
