Can't say enough wonderful words about Irene's level of professionalism, which was so abundantly clear in the way she handled my dad's case when he got struck by a car. Not only is Irene extremely knowledgeable and pretty much told me exactly how the case would progress and what resolution to expect,... her humility and kindness blew me out of the way. She made time in her busy schedule to come to see my 86-year-old dad when she knew it was difficult for him to make it to her office; she was extremely patient with him while preparing him for the deposition, knowing that he suffers from severe hearing loss; and she made sure to put him in an Uber to insure he gets home safe when I couldn't pick him up. The examples of her kindness and compassion are endless. She wasn't just another busy attorney who only cared about the case - she really showed her human side, which was really comforting to both myself and my elderly father. And all of that never took away from her professional skills - Irene was always there and available to promptly respond to any questions/concerns I had and provided the full guidance and support that we needed. In the end, Irene managed to get the higher end of the settlement that we were expecting. She had the judge completely on her side and he himself was helping Irene to push the insurance company to settle at a higher price. Overall, we had an incredible experience with Irene and I am extremely grateful to her. I will definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.
