Recommendation

She is very professional, knowledgeable, and will fight to make sure her clients are taken care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent attorney. I consulted her for i130 and she did a very good job.

Thank You!

Natalie is very knowledgeable about US immigration law, and through her legal services, I was able to obtain my green card and remain in the US. She assisted me in every step along the way, from representing me in NY family court to petitioning USCIS for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, work au...thorization, and now to obtaining my green card. Every other lawyer I spoke to prior to Natalie told me that I had aged out (I was 19 going on 20), and that a court would not consider me a juvenile. However, Natalie was confident that I would be able to successfully go through with the process. Forever thankful that I met her and was able to retain her services.

Employment-Based Immigration: Second Preference EB-2

I want to use this opportunity to express myself about how I am feeling about my encounter with Natalie Phillips as my immigration attorney. She is a lawyer who knows her job very well. But not only is she knowledgeable, she goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done right. My case... was complicated when I came to her office. I came to Natalie after having a horrible experience with another immigration attorney. With Natalie I experienced compassion. She treated me like a human being. I thought that all hope was lost. She searched for a way out to make sure that I got my papers. She made some calls to agencies not connected with immigration and explored other means to see me through. And this she did not do or me alone, but to every other person that have crossed your path. I felt good when I saw how she treated other people when I sat In the waiting room. She gives hope to those whom their cases seems hopeless . She know exactly what to do and who to contact to make things work well for others. She feels for others as a human being, and treat them with dignity and respects them not minding their social class. She is just wonderful ! If I continue to write all that I experienced with Natalie it will take days and weeks. However, my prayer is for God to give her good health which is the basis of everything . He should give her joy as she works to make other people's life better, and establish her fully to do more for humanity.

Sound advice!

I’m a UK based lawyer and needed some advice on how to handle a US immigration issue dealing with proving paternity. I contacted Miss Phillips who was able to advise me on the right process and relevant rules. Based on her advice and attention to detail I was able to successfully prove paternit...y.

Very Good immigration Attorney

I settled on Natalie's firm Schonfield and Ushan at a very difficult period in my life when my first green card application had been rejected and I knew I had made the right decision when they explained the legal process to me and the options i have in reapplying. My first line of contact was Attorney... Natalie S Phillips who is knowledgeable and very personable and shown genuine concern for the success of my application. Her encouragement alone erases all my nervousness as i was going through the process. She kept me informed on all developments and answered my questions promptly. What amazes me is when she called me and she did not get in touch she'll always follow it up with an email.I know Nathalie has other cases, but she handles my case as if it were her only one. Thanks Natalie for the good job done.
