Claudia is amazing! My mother was in need of selling her house, my childhood family home, which is emotional enough without having to deal with all the legal and business nonsense of the whole process. As my mother's POA, I was tasked with the job of dealing with the sale and I was completely dreadin...g the experience. Claudia made this whole ordeal so easy for me to handle.
