Either an application must be made to the judge who ordered the sale or to a higher Court.

Can I still receive the rent after I serve Notice of Termination which will terminate the tenancy June 14?

No. Acceptance of rent will vitiate the Notice of Termination. Perhaps negotiate a Surrender Agreement.

Expect a Notice to Cure. If you stop, you should not lose the apartment.

I agree with you - it doesn't sound like a criminal matter. It sounds in civil and commercial. I can't believe any DA would pursue you for this. ...
