I was told that the lawyer had reported my accident to the insurance company of the driver who hit me a few days after the accident, and that it could take a month for a claim number to come through. Not having a claim number made it difficult for me to see doctors other than doctors t...his law firm "recommended" who could take me no problem. After going to one of those "doctors", which was a real joke, I knew I wouldn't get proper medical care and found my own. As of a few days ago, my case was dropped by the firm because my injuries aren't "serious" enough. Oh, and by the way, I was told, my accident was never reported to the insurance company and I'm on my own. I filed the claim myself and sure enough, one day later, received a claim number. Stay away.
