Erika Hartley practices law on a very high level. Her firm represents our non-verbal, special needs son. One of the first things my husband and I noticed is that she is experienced and firm in tone and position. Second thing that we love is that she has the habit of responding to every single email a...nd phone correspondence within a timely manner. We speak with her directly-completely foregoing front desk secretaries and paralegals. On top of that, she is incredibly sharp and with impeccable legal skills. By this I mean, she continuously demonstrates mastery of her field. She wins cases and fights hard. I can’t express how important this is when fighting for the best interest of your child.
