Daniel Stephen Shimko

In 2013, Mr. Shimko was recognized by the New York Law Journal and VerdictSearch in their issue of Top New York Verdicts of 2012 as among “the best of the best” New York lawyers. Mr. Shimko’s verdict in Allam v. Meyers, a domestic violence case tried in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, was listed as one of the top 10 intentional tort verdicts obtained in 2012 for all of New York.
