Over turned a confirmation of sale and got case dismissed

OUTCOME: Dismissed

Had a client who had found the Fish Law Group after the home had already gone to sale. Now in most cases this is considered the end of the road. After reviewing the circumstances of the case I decided ... to defend the case using some very specific case law and evidence we found in the court documents. After 2 hours of pleading our case the judge found in our favor and dismissed the case. This means the property owner can stay in their home and rest assured the bank will not be taking their home any time soon
