On August 19, 2010, Joshua Thornton, 21, was operating is motorcycle on MO Route F in Jefferson County when Carol Kreamer negligently pulled out of Kilkenny Hills Dr. on to MO Route F and struck Thornt ... on. The accident resulted in Thornton lying supine in the grass after sliding approximately 70 feet down the road. Thornton was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis. He suffered contusions of the forearm, contusions of multiple sites of his shoulder and upper arm, contusions of his lower leg, abrasions to his shoulder/arms, abrasions to his hip/leg, he also sustained significant friction burns involving bilateral upper and lower extremities and lacerations involving his right ankle as result of a motor vehicle collision.
