I represented the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) the lessor and franchisor of SBX, the lessee and franchisee which filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
OUTCOME: Creditors Committee took control of case and confirmed a plan expeditously that has repaid creditors 39% of their outstanding debt to date.
