Client came to me after having attended mediation and agreeing to a schedule involving 50/50 parenting time and multiple transitions between households each week for the minor children. The order had b ... een entered and within a few months it was apparent that the new schedule was not in the best interests of the children. While initially reluctant to agree to change the schedule, the matter was settled by way of an agreed order that provided a schedule with ample parenting time with each parent and a schedule involving less transitions for the minor children.
