I can't begin to express how amazing Monica is. I married my now ex-husband and needed a lawyer to submit my paperwork for the green card process. We met with Monica and she gave us the most clear instructions ever so for us it was just going down the list of requirements and fulfilling them. After getting some help from my ex (as he also had to help me with some of the paperwork the second time around) I got my green card in exactly a year after I submitted my case as single - they didn't even call me for a second interview, because my case was very strong and that was because every single form, affidavit, tax return, and what not was submitted properly and asked for by my lawyer and so everything that the immigration department could have asked for - we already had submitted. Monica is really, really great. She knows what she's doing and you should trust her with everything that she tells you. I've never met a lawyer in NY who not only treats you like a client, but also advises you correctly with a lot of compassion and care for your own future. Most lawyers charge you by the minute and all they care about is the money they will make out of you, but with Monica you get honest, caring and professional help when you need it most.
