Tim just settled a personal injury case for me. Second one I've had but WAY different with Tim than with my last lawyer. Unlike my last lawyer, Tim answered my calls (ALL of them), kept me up to date on my case, made predictions about what would happen next , how long it would take to settle the ca...se, how much more we could likely get if we did A, B or C, whether we had been offered their highest and best, and he was right every time. You know, like he had done this a thousand times before and was an expert in handling the kind of case I had. He would even tell me why he thought the claims rep would be replaced with another one (which also happened about a week later!) and thta the new one would agree with our argument that the prior offer was too low. My last lawyer never called me back when I called, never picked up, didn't know what my case was about when I did hear from him and took almost FOUR years to resolve the case. I had to take time off from work CONSTANTLY too. Tim got it done in 6 months, I never had to ask him how my case was going because he would text and call me every time somethinig happened, and negotiated more money than I ever thought I would get. I kept wanting to accept offers and he would say, "no, not yet," not forbidding me but just advising that the insurance company would recognize that they needed to offer more. And he was right. BEST lawyer. Warm person too, free with any sort of advice for my entire family (never rushed me off the phone), which really helped out my family and saved my son's driver's license too.

This is the second time I've used Tim McEnaney for a closing, and the experience was even better than the first. Mr. McEnaney is to understand, very friendly and easy to reach (He even game me his cell number and I was able to contact him after hours and on weekends). Mr. McEnaney is very knowledgea...ble, not only about the closing process, but also about renovation costs (he's experienced in real estate investment and "flipping"), and about town code issues, variances, etc. Both times, he took his time to answer all over my questions (no matter how stupid) and never rushed our conversations to get off the phone. Mr. McEnaney even reviewed the inspection report with me over the phone and took the time to explain everything I had concerns about, which was quite a lot! ;) He really set me at ease and negotiated a substantial price reduction for some items that came up in our inspection. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Highly recommended!

Tim is very thorough and conscientious. He pays attention to detail and spent whatever time was necessary to make sure we understood the issues and his suggested course of action. He gave very sound advice and I would wholeheartedly recommend him because we were very pleased with the results he achie...ved.

Tim once represented my daughter in a personal injury case and we were consistently impressed by his "bed side manner." My daughter had lost her arm (amputated at the shoulder when hit by a drunk driver) and was undergoing many, many, surgeries at the time. His ability to distill what the doctor's findings revealed, and to speak about these things in a medical jargon free way, made our options must clearer and reduced the entire family's stress to a degree that I can't fully express. My daughter still speaks about him - how he helped put her tragedy in a new light - and how devoted he was to finding "pockets" to cover her mounting medical bills (7 figure) as the drunk driver had only minimal insurance limits and had actually fled the country . He did just that, held in several defendants who had (along with our previous, lazy, dishonest lawyer) been arguing that they had no liability, and not only got my daughter's bills paid (in full) but obtained for her a settlement that would ensure she no longer has to worry about her future and how she would support herself going forward. Tim was my attorney on a number of cases involving accidents at various properties I own. Never had a better lawyer in my life and I've employed too many. Outrageous successes in hopeless situations on a routine basis and would call me on weekends from his cell to discuss aspects of my cases. Unfo...rtunately just found out he's left this practice area and his old firm and doesn't do this type of work anymore - we miss you Tim, come back!
