About me

Adam is a seasoned corporate transactional attorney, a business development professional and an educator.

Adam is presently Director of Client Service – Legal and Regulatory Services for Resources Global Professionals (NASDAQ: RECN), a project-based consulting firm with over 80 offices worldwide and more than 2,500 consultants. Resources helps its clients execute on their internal projects and initiatives and supports their day to day operations in the areas of legal and regulatory services, accounting and finance, internal audit, supply chain, information management and human resources. In this role, Adam is responsible for business development, predominantly focused on growing Resources’ legal and regulatory practice, and for strategically aligning team and delivery capabilities to help clients address their operational challenges.

Prior to joining Resources, Adam spent almost two decades as a practicing attorney, both within law firms and as in-house counsel, providing innovative legal and business solutions to companies with a focus on maximizing revenue growth. While he represented clients in the manufacturing, services, retail, software and Internet industries, Adam also focused his passion for entertainment and technology towards the digital and new media spaces. Many of his clients were entertainment companies interested in digital opportunities. His services covered the range of transactions, including digital distribution, licensing, commercial agreements, financing, business acquisitions and joint ventures.

Adam also teaches at the college and graduate level. He teaches Law & The Entertainment Business at Baruch College and Business Law at CUNY’s School of Professional Studies.
