Robert Kurre, Elder Law attorney

Robert Kurre represented me in my capacity as a trustee of two trusts. He is quite knowledgeable in elder law and saw to it that the trusts were properly administered and settled. He was a great help in seeing to it that assets were preserved for the beneficiaries. My sister and I and our spouses ar...e also presently using Mr. Kurre for our own estate planning. We know we are in good hands with him.

Outstanding

When my mom was denied her Medicaid Application we were informed by our previous attorney that their firm was not able to handle an appeal. Mr. Kurre was recommended and after the initial consultation I decided to retain his services. Thanks to his persistence he was able to find witnesses on her b...ehalf and with his staff he went above and beyond the call of duty in presenting a tremendously strong case. The end result was a complete reversal of the medicaid decision and removal of any penalties. Mom is safe and comfortable now and we all sleep better thanks to Mr. Kurre and his staff
