My freelance practice includes advising clients on, and drafting, a range of contracts, from non-disclosure agreements to employment contracts.

I spent 2 years in the federal courthouse clerking in the Southern District of New York and then on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia. I then joined the litigation department of a large Wall Street law firm.

As part of my freelance practice, I work directly with clients and/or General Counsel on all legal matters arising in the course of business.

I spent 2 years doing freelance legal work for the Employment and Labor department of a large Wall Street law firm. I continue to advise clients on employment matters from time to time.
