Not likely as your uncle would have to apply for his sibling (your parent) and you would have to be under 21 or covered by CSPA

Whoever gets called in first can bring in originals and other spouse can present to officer after. Also have copies.
When trying to access most recent I-94 information online it is saying No record found for traveler.

It can be either but if married filing separately the address on each return must be the same obviously.
