I-130 will be adjudicated at interview. You have several more months before the case is actually scheduled for interview.

There are 2 numbers on a natz certificate. The one beginning with an A is your A number. The other one is the certificate number

Yes - LCAS are just a prerequisite ti I-129 filing and do not nexessarily have to be used in nce certififed.
