It is true that it is taking that long. What isnt true is that you said NVC is not answering - it is difficult to get through and time consuming...

If your date is not current when USCIS is ready to approve it will be put on hold until it is current agaun.

Its not a problem. Also if you just filed the I-130 USCIS has your file not NVC who will know nothing about case until I-130’approved.

Its 325 per applicant for the DS 260 fee plus 120 for affidavit of support fee. So if all 4 are immigrating its 1095.00

Send a request to NVC to change the name and include proof of the correct name - a copy of his birth certificate.

Since he was already 18 when yoy married you can file for him. Your wife has to file when she gets a green card.
