How did you file adjustment of status awhile agonif your priority date just became current? If I-130 is outside processing time contact USCIS.

If your date is not current when USCIS is ready to approve it will be put on hold until it is current agaun.

Its not a problem. Also if you just filed the I-130 USCIS has your file not NVC who will know nothing about case until I-130’approved.

Its 325 per applicant for the DS 260 fee plus 120 for affidavit of support fee. So if all 4 are immigrating its 1095.00
