You have to petition them separately. You could file for them now butnot would take 12-15 years. When one of your parents becomes a green card...

You can marry now and file I-130 after that and then once you become citizen he can file Adjustment packet.

Were you placed in handcuffs? If it was dismissed you werent convicted but if you were placed in hamdcuffs at any point you would have to answer...
