Inessa Faulkner

I met attorney Inessa when I was stranded abroad because my refugee document expired. I filed application for green card but there was no decision for a very long time. I had to ravel aboard and could not get back because my refugee documetn expired. Attorney who filed my green card application tol...d me to stay abroad and wait until i get my green card. I was very afraid that I would not be able to come back. I have my family in US. My friend advised to speak to attorney Inessa. When I called she explained to me that my application could be abandoned because i travel wihtout advance parol. She told me that I had little time left to do something to get back. She contacted Embassy in the country where I was. She did all of the paperwork. She constantly was on the phone with me and teh Embassy. The Embassy gave me return document. I was so happy that I was back in the US. If I listened to my previous attorney and waited I would have missed the time during which I could get back. I am very thankful to Inessa

Ms. Spevakova represented me when I was extradited from Europe to US. There was an international warrant for my arrest. I was facing many years in federal prison and subsequent deportation. Ms. Spevakova negotiated an unbelievable deal with the prosecutor and then she negotiated with ICE to avoid dep...ortation. I was on my flight back home in no time. No jail! no deportation!
