Benjamin represents and counsels real estate owners, developers, investors, tenants and lenders on a wide range of real estate transactions. In addition, Benjamin handles a variety of sophisticated construction matters and undertakes owner’s representative services.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Benjamin served as Vice President of Amirian Group responsible for the firm’s development projects in Chelsea and the East Village.
Benjamin serves as a Trustee of the Washington Institute of Near East Policy and is a member of its Abramson Young Leaders program. The mission of The Washington Institute is to advance a balanced and realistic understanding of American interests in the Middle East and to promote the policies that secure them.
Benjamin received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Business Administration from the George Washington University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
