I am a trial lawyer with over thirty years of experience, in a variety of fields.

My specialty is in trademarks, including injunctions, registrations, cancellations and opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board. I have recovered past royalties earned by performing artists from Warner Bros. I have negotiated, and drafted license agreements involving intellectual property .
