Sam Joseph Imperato

Sam is an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in New York. His practice covers real estate, commercial litigation, foreclosure and foreclosure defense, as well as co-op and condo law.

Prior to entering private practice, Sam served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge James B. Clark III at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a notary public in New York.

Sam earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in May 2025. While at Seton Hall, he earned a Certificate in Law & Technology with a focus on Intellectual Property. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Social Studies at Wesleyan University, where he graduated with Honors.

With a professional background that includes serving as an Organizational Specialist and Administrative Assistant at Stealth International, Inc., Sam combines high-level legal analysis with strong operational and communication skills to serve his clients effectively.
