Jerrold W Miles

Jerrold Miles is unprofessional and is unwilling to work with his clients needs. After my husband paid him just under $1000 for the first half of the payment, Mr. Miles explained that he could work out a payment plan for the remainder of the money owed. Seemed like a great lawyer. The following week ...we recfeived a phone call from his secretary stating that Mr. Miles needed the money ASAP, contradicting what he said a week prior. Mr. Miles already knew that my husband sacrificed his 401(k) money to pay him the 1st half and that he had just been laid off from his job and was the only one providing financially for our household. If I didn't know that Mr. Miles was a lawyer, I would think that he was a drug pusher by the way that he threatened my husband and made comments such as "I'm not running a welfare", or " Im not your brother or sister, so have my money by Friday." We decided to not have Mr. Miles represent us, but now we don't know what to do to get our money back. :
