"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Scott Benjamin worked as part of the defense team for a close friend of mine. He zealously and successfully advocated during nearly 1-month-long DWI trial. He helped to create reasonable doubt by demonstrating that the police acted in a predatory and unlawful manner in pulling my friend over, illegally signed blank traffic tickets, and lacked knowledge and skill regarding how to conduct field sobriety tests. One of the charges which the police used as a pretext for the arrest was dismissed by the judge as baseless, his extraordinary representation, the jury properly found my friend not guilty of 2 misdemeanor DWI charges (per se and common law) and a violation DWAI charges. In the end, my friend was only found guilty of failing to signal and walked away (reputation and future saved thanks to Mr. Scott and the other great attorneys at Brunetti &Ascione!) with a simple traffic ticket."
