After taking my case he missed deadlines. I had to inform him the case was going to be dismissed because of inaction. Then he did not go to meeting with opponent. Tried to get me to drop the case making absurd arguments for my opponent. He seemed to be working for the interests of the hospital. Then... at the 11 th hour said he was quitting. Delayed sending me my file and sent me belittling letters. He is no advocate at all. Took a terrible deposition .

Mr Marcus was criticized by the lawyers assoc. for bad lawyering but not guilty of an offense legally prosecutable in his representation of me . In over 9 rs he kept telling me that all things are going well. Bottom line---he did nothing , interviewed no one and the judge dismissed the case and s...tuck me w/court cost====DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON FOR ANYTHING--OTHER FOR TRASH REMOVAL, which he is barely qualified for.
